Nolita

Gilbere Forte, who recently signed with Epic Records, drops a new
track called Nolita. The RAAK produced record samples Fiona Apple's
PRAY. Definitely a dope record. Don't believe me? Give it a listen for
yourself below.

Feel The Love

YONAS hits us with a new track called I Feel The Love, which will
appear on his upcoming project 'The Transition 2'. YONAS delivers
again like usual.

We Own It

Wiz Khalifa & 2 Chainz hook up for a new track called We Own It,
which is set to appear on the 'Fast & Furious 6 Soundtrack'. Never
thought I would say this, but 2 Chainz is pretty dope on this track.
Fast & Furious 6 hits theaters May 24th

Beautiful

Man, Miguel is everywhere these days, but I can't complain at all because
I love the guy's music. Mariah grabs him for the 1st single called Beautiful,
which is off her upcoming album that is set to drop this summer. Her
new album will see production from Jermaine Dupri, Bryan Michael-Cox,
Hit-Boy, The-Dream, Rodney Jerkins and more.
